Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OptiTuning Hub ("the Hub") provided by Optituning AS ("OptiTuning", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Hub, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Hub. For example, you will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Hub.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.
  • Use the Hub in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you authorize the Hub to access and modify calendar data as needed to provide syncing features you enable. You can disconnect the integration at any time from within the Hub settings.

Ownership

The Hub and its underlying software, content, and branding are owned by OptiTuning or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Hub, subject to the rights needed to operate the Hub.

Third-Party Services

The Hub may integrate with third-party services (such as Google). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Disclaimer

The Hub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptiTuning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Hub.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Hub if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Hub at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
